Hi, Elmerrab. This is for normal use. Better you can use Work Sharp ken onion Edition.
Monique. I also use this sharpener but this is for a normal knife. However, if you sharpen a heavy knife with this sharpener, then this won’t work anymore. Once, I try to sharpen a meat knife, then I realized that it’s power of sharpening gone.
